Reflection on Amal Totkay

Implementing Amal Totkay was very helpful and I liked these tips and to implement these in my life I started the step of Amal and each step of these tips has the actions of Amal, Khudi, ek aur ek gyara, and Kam Kam Kam.

From these tips, I learned how to ask people for help, how I can come out of my comfort zone. Self-talking to encourage my self that “I can do it!”, “I will learn more from my failure no need to worry”.

My favorite tips from these Totkay are “Fake it till you make it”, “Get out of your comfort zone”

I have started implementing the tip of getting out of my comfort zone so I can provide myself with the chances of doing new stuff I would love to try. And practicing that I am confident to convey my message without feeling embarrassed. Asking new friends for help around me to get better feedback for the stuff I want to implement.

To develop a growth mindset from today on, I will give myself positive feedback I will try to adapt to new habits learn about more things asking my friends if I am doing these things correctly, and ask for their responses. Listening to others communications completely in order to communicate with them perfectly.
